The Roster.
A LoomNX engagement is led by a Partner in a senior generalist role — CEO, President, or COO. But engagements often need deep functional expertise at specific moments: a fractional CFO to run point on a capital raise, a fractional CMO for a brand relaunch, a fractional CTO to lead a platform decision. The Roster is how we bring that expertise to your business without breaking the accountability of the engagement.
How it works.
Contracted through LoomNX.
Specialists work under a LoomNX engagement, not directly with the client. One contract, one point of accountability.
Accountable to your Partner.
The LoomNX Partner leading your engagement is responsible for the specialist’s work. Coordination, quality, and outcome all sit with the Partner you already trust.
Aligned with your outcomes.
Specialists are compensated for the work of the engagement, not a separate relationship. Your interests and theirs are the same.
Many Roster members also serve as Introducers, referring clients to LoomNX when situations call for embedded leadership. The two relationships often reinforce each other.
When to expect The Roster.
Common moments: capital raise preparation, brand and market strategy resets, operational restructuring, technology platform decisions, and post-acquisition integration. Your LoomNX Partner will surface the need and recommend a specialist during the two-week diagnostic or as it emerges during the engagement.
What The Roster is not.
The Roster is not a standalone fractional CFO / CMO / CTO placement service. LoomNX engagements are always led by a senior generalist Partner. Specialists deploy through and under that engagement.
