Company leadership
LoomNX places experienced chief executives into companies part-time, for founder transitions, turnarounds and scale-ups.
A fractional chief executive gives you the judgement of someone who has already run a company, without the compensation package of a full-time hire. They take the role, not an advisory seat.
When companies call us
Three situations account for most of the work. A founder is moving out of the operating seat and needs a steady hand during the handover. A business is profitable but drifting, and someone has to make the unpopular calls. Or growth has arrived faster than the organisation can absorb, and the operating rhythm has to be rebuilt while the company is still running.
How the engagement runs
Our leader joins your leadership meetings, owns a defined set of outcomes, and reports to the board like any executive would. The time commitment is set by what the business needs — commonly two to three days a week — and it changes as the company changes.
Questions about company leadership
How is a fractional CEO different from a consultant?
A consultant recommends. A fractional chief executive decides, hires, and is accountable for the outcome. Our leaders sit in your leadership meetings and carry the role, including the parts nobody enjoys.
How much time does a fractional leader actually spend with us?
It is custom to each relationship. Two to three days a week is common for company leadership, but some clients need a leader full-time through a raise or a turnaround and lighter afterwards. We shape it around the need.

Thirty minutes with a partner, not a salesperson. If we aren’t the right fit, we’ll say so, and point you somewhere better.
