Scott Cooper

More than 15 years in the C-suite. As President and CEO of HEXO Corp, a NASDAQ and TSX listed company, Scott led a full strategic reset, unlocked US$100 million in restricted cash through a transaction with Tilray Brands, and cut operating costs by roughly half. He co-founded Truss Beverage Co., a Molson Coors and HEXO joint venture, raising CDN$140 million and reaching 46% market share in its first year. Scott leads engagements as fractional CEO or President, drawing on The Roster — LoomNX’s vetted network of specialist fractional leaders in finance, marketing, operations and technology — when an engagement requires deep functional expertise.

His twelve years at Molson Coors included Global Chief Innovation Officer and Chief Commercial Officer of a $2 billion Canadian business with 600 people. Since founding LoomNX in 2022 he has worked as an embedded executive across five operating companies, leading six capital raises.
